Cool place, good food. Slow to get food. Drinks came fast. Good service. And they had a couple dogs there which was cool.

The restaurant is in a great spot off the water. The service was slow and the 1 appetizer took 45 minutes to come to the table. Not to mention they somehow got the order mixed up. The food was good when I finally got the right order, but service and length of time for the one meal wasn't worth it

The garlic toast that came with it was nice and toasted on one end, the other half was just warmed enough for the butter to melt.

The rooms look better than the outside. My room was spacious with 3 beds. The TV sound cut out every now and then. The stay was pleasant and the rooms were cozy. Nothing really stood out for me good or bad.

Spent my birthday here. Josh was an amazing server. Although he was run off his feet, he still had time to chat. Lovely food. Great conversations with some locals. Definitely worth another visit.

The shrimp were ok though could have been a bit crisper on the skin and not fully swimming in sauce. Flavor was fine, though nothing exceptional.

    Wouldn't recommend it.

Where it really came below average was on the quality of the fish in the fish and chips. The crust was soggy and some parts were clearly not cooked through. Meat was still glassy instead of nice and white flaky cod.

Staff was friendly enough and recommended we did not have the calamari as it "wasn't very good".

Had the fish and chips and the prawns in garlic and white wine sauce.

On to the experience... We ended up picking the place because of the"boat on the water seafood" experience. This meant that there was limited seating available inside so there was a bit of a wait. There was a table available on the patio section of the boat but it was a bit cool seeing as it was nearly 8pm. Staff offered blankets as heaters were not allowed because of fire regulations. All this was perfectly understandable. The part that brought a bit of disappointment was that due to the house boat being at the very beginning of the harbor, it didn't really feel as an ocean side, great fresh fish, experience.
