This is a quaint fishing Lodge with basic but very comfortable and clean rooms. The first floor rooms have a fireplace which adds to the cosy atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is excellent value for money. Good location as you are just minutes from local restaurants. Free parking. Great view of the Harbour.

The only cons are that the buildings are dated and the 6am noise from guests going fishing. Rooms could also have been a little cleaner for 5 stars.

Have to take the luggage down the stairs or go all the way to the other end near reception and drag the luggage and then go back to park the car at the other side. Their idea of hot water from the tab is two separate lines coming for hot and cold water. It was a tingling feeling or I should say difficult for the brain to jump between deciding hot or cold.

Nevertheless you can expect much if you want to travel at the end of the world almost and expect all amenities.

Great place, good rates. Beautiful location and interesting architecture with covered boardwalks between rooms. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

Shared a room that had two queen and two twin beds. Twin beds were almost as stiff as sleeping on the ground, and excessively noisy. Queen beds were significantly nicer. Room itself had an odd layout. The sink was outside of the bathroom, and in close proximity to the queens. This meant that anyone using the sink at night would disturb those sleeping. Otherwise the room was a hodgepodge of old and updated furnishings.
