Pros: good costumer service, very affordable, nice private campsites (for the tents), good location, good and affordable surf lessons and equipment rental, clean bathrooms.

Really well designed campsite! Be proud, good job! I especially like the package deal and all it's perks! Good ideas. Our SURF Instructor Joey had us believing at any age one could learn to surf, and sure enough, once instructed and let go into the ocean, VOILA, we did it! Mind you, not as easy as HE could make it seem, but we really enjoyed the day! Thanks Joey! The whole site is wonderfully done. It's great to kick back and enjoy this site as we did, mid week. Very few folks around just before the May long weekend. Really cold at night, so bring warm clothes and such. We did and it was a good thing. Great staff; very clean washrooms; and sauna/whirlpool area. It was all in all a great experience going to Surf Junction Campground and it brought back a love of camping that I thought was long lost! Thanks so much everyone!

Great campsite. Always clean. Good services. Hot tub is great for those chilly Tofino days. The surf board rentals are a great deal. Service is always friendly.

Amazing campground if you're wanting to surf the beaches of Tofino without paying the premium price of having beach front access. They offer amazing, professional surf lessons, rentals from the campsite, transportation to and from the beaches, and have a lot of local knowledge. With wet suit drying stations, a hot tub, showers, it's no brainer why I keep coming back here year after year.

I camp frequently and was really impressed by Surf Junction. It seemed to be the general consensus expressed by other campers. There were a variety of private sites for all kinds of campers. There was also an overflow area. Quinn and Dayan were our surf instructors. They did a great job of going between the all aged group of 11 people. They were very encouraging. It was nice to hear surf stories from other campers. Watch out for the Stellar Jays waiting for your food. The bonus is that this camp is in a fog zone so camp fires are allowed. I would return for sure.

Cons: payed hot shower, 25 cents for 1.5 min, otherwise you'll have to shower in freezing water. Only 3 flush toilets for all the campground, the other toilets are outhouses. Popular among young people so it can get noisy. They have rules like no noise after 11pm, no food left on the firepits and no dogs of leash... But they don't really reinforce them (we saw leftovers of food, dogs of leash and noise after 11pm).
