  Nice rooms. Be sure to find out if you are in the actual hotel or in one of their many condo style rooms which can be quite a far walk to the main hotel. We were unpleasantly surprised to find out we were far from the hotel. If you don't enjoy spending an arm and leg for food you can eat at the hotel. But when we wanted the lounge it wasn't open and refused to eat at Fetch. We had to go to town for food everytime.

  This is a beautiful resort offering all the amenities. Wonderful spa, bar, and restaurant. Outstanding food and service. The staff for all service offerings are fantastic! The views are amazing!

  Staff were very attentive and courteous, food was delicious (ordered the fried chicken with duck fat fried fries) and an Earl Grey tea in front of the fireplace.

  Meanwhile the grout around the floor was all cracked so of course it won't hold water for even a couple minutes

  The maintenance is questionable at best. The first night we stayed, the phone and fireplace did not work. The iron leaked like crazy all over my suit, and the over flow drain in the tub leaked which caused water to leak through to the lower suit. They then blamed us for the water and made me clean it up.

  This resort is spectacular, the views from our suite 1503 was stunning as we listened to the ocean every night before falling asleep. Not only is the location a dreamy romantic place to come - the lounge food and staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Our one bedroom, pet friendly suite was seconds from the trail network and to Big Beach. We also had spectacular massage therapists by the names Tawnya and Lorraine who are both healers in what they do. We felt very special staying here and will be coming back next time we need an escape from our busy lives. Thank you so much to the staff who made all of this possible - we had a very lovely honeymoon.

  Later I'll retire to my room and sit in the couch and just relax... I'll listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore close by.

  Our room with a view was blocked by trees and branches that would be so easy to clear. Needless to say I expected better!!

  The restaurant here is very good place for dinner. The service is friendly and the food is well presented and tasted good. The whole property is well designed and modern. There is good views from the restaurant and is a good place in the evening when the sun is going down. This is a good choice for a romantic meal.
